Mr. Pollock is a skilled accountant with approximately 7 years of experience in public practice. His focus at LainFaulkner is on business valuation and litigation support services.

Prior to joining LainFaulkner, Mr. Pollock worked with a big four national accounting firm and a regional accounting firm in the external audit group. During that time he led audit engagements of public companies with $3.8 billion in annual revenues as well as smaller private enterprises. Mr. Pollock gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Additionally, he led engagements related to SAS 70 compliance for service organizations. Mr. Pollock’s prior experience encompasses companies within the manufacturing, retail, oil and gas, and software industries.

Mr. Pollock is a Certified Public Accountant with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
