Mr. McKee brings to LainFaulkner extensive experience and knowledge in highly complex matters related to bankruptcy accounting, litigation support services, and tax consultation and planning. In more than 25 years of public practice he has worked in multiple facets of bankruptcy and litigation support services including fraud investigations, cash and asset tracings, analysis of preference and fraudulent transfers, claims analysis, business valuation analysis, damage analysis, and expert witness testimony. Mr. McKee also handles evaluation of highly complex tax issues such as the tax consequences of reorganization plans, settlements, and major corporate restructurings, including roll-ups, spin-offs, split-ups, asset sales or liquidations. Prior to joining LainFaulkner, Mr. McKee worked in public practice with a national accounting firm where he provided tax and business advisory services to clients. Mr. McKee is a Certified Public Accountant with related memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. A member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, he is also a member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. McKee received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.
